Answers to the most common questions about our hire and transfer services in Malaysia.

You will need a valid Malaysian driving licence or an international driving permit (IDP), and a passport or national identity card (MyKad). For business and premium class vehicles, a credit card for the security deposit is also required. All documents are verified at the time of collection.
Yes — we deliver and collect vehicles throughout Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. Delivery within the city centre is complimentary on bookings of 3 days or more. For destinations outside Greater KL, a delivery fee applies and is confirmed at the time of booking.
Comprehensive insurance and third-party liability cover are included in all hire tariffs. You may additionally opt for excess waiver cover to reduce your financial exposure in the event of a claim. Full insurance terms are provided in your hire agreement before signing.
Travel throughout Peninsular Malaysia is fully permitted under our standard hire agreement. Travel to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), Singapore or Thailand is available upon prior request and subject to confirmation of appropriate cross-border insurance coverage at the time of booking.
Simply complete the booking form below or call us directly. Please provide your flight number, arrival date and destination address. Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board and assist with your luggage. Waiting time of up to 60 minutes after landing is included at no extra charge.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the hire start are free of charge. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the total booking value. VIP bookings may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours in advance. All conditions are detailed in your hire agreement.
